Structure overview:          

1.1, the hydraulic machine body adopts the Longmen frame structure: the upper beam, the slider, the working platform, the main cylinder, hydraulic power system and electrical system components. The upper beam, the sliding block and the working table are welded by high quality steel plate, and the high frequency vibration is used to eliminate the welding stress, the column of the hydraulic press is high quality 45# steel, and the surface of the intermediate frequency quenching and the chrome plating process are used.            

1.2, the press cylinder tonnage of hydraulic press is realized by a piston cylinder, the cylinder is made of high quality forged steel, the surface of the piston rod is processed by intermediate frequency quenching, the hardness is high, and the service life is long. The main seal of the oil cylinder is made of high quality sealing ring, which ensures the reliability of the seal.            

1.3, the hydraulic press and the working platform has a T shaped groove on the slide, which is convenient for the user to install the mold.
